I went to the link that was meant to lead to the online store where tickets could be purchased, but it currently seems to lead to the official store for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's fan club. I initially thought that I was meant to buy a membership to get to the tickets, but when I switched to the English version of the site, it informed me that KPP Fan Club memberships are only open to Japan residents. Since the YouTube post states that the event is meant to be truly global, I have to think this must be a mistake, so I have messaged the KPP Fanclub to see what is happening.
