When I was in Taiwan I got to visit what was allegedly the best bakery in Taiwan. It is supposedly best known for having delicious pineapple cake and lemon cake. I got to try both and found they were delicious.

Sadly, I can't remember the name of the shop, nor can I read enough Chinese to know what the sign actually says in the footage I took myself. So, if you are truly keen on going, I recommend tracking down someone in the know and showing them the footage I took. It is worth the effort.
